The Classic Mike Ross Law Blog Method: Why The NZ Judiciary Should Stay In Their Lane

Google Index - Getting Up The Back Of The Wave on SEO and Up Your Rank.  NZ Media and Judiciary Paywalls Break Under the Strain

This article is a free no paywall resource to scrape data for all those curious home bloggers, Auckland Police CIB Detectives and Tauranga District Homicide Police to ensure you can reduce your stress, time manage your workload without ending up in a pile of who dunnit, under resourced, and filing all those pesky case file mismanagement and administrative complaints.

Written as a satire piece, I woke up and decided to write an ode to the NZ Police, and Our News Media Outlets who are more happy to collect money from my children's fathers dead body, than publish what is going on in our NZ Judiciary System or investigate the unlawful constructive dismissal of Nicola Watkins in the wake of her ex-husband's passing and while she was working from home on the School holidays 16 October 2017.

In the official court data the discrepancy you will not find is available here.  Rest Assured there is no paywall so read away.  But first up we have a series of unfiltered articles available on line and shared to facebook... before the NZ Police were able to make the 4 minute drive to inform Tim Watkins Children that he had been found and had passed away.  The mother Nicola Watkins was tasked with passing on the information and later that day received a phone call from Victim Support and a follow up email.

My children and I give credits to our National News Media for allowing the general public to access articles of significant public importance both in front and beyond a paywall:

  1. NZ Police Website
  2. NZ Herald
  3. Radio NZ
  4. Stuff
  5. Scoop Independent News

I pay special thanks to the NZ Herald for acknowledging my son on their first page:

FULL CREDIT GOES OUT TO AMANDA WIGNELL PARLIAMENTARY MP OFFICE AND VARIOUS NZ POLICE DEPARTMENTS  FOR PASSING ON TO OUR POLICE MINISTER MY PERJURY COMPLAINT (whoopsy 1.5 line space)

Here is the evidence that we rushed around to fill an order by Powerweed Control within one day of receiving the deposit for your urgent requirement to secure your NZ Police Stanley Road site. My son and I fitted this motor and now I am asking the NZ Police to return the favour and act upon my report of my ex-employer committing perjury in court and to write me a letter telling me what is going on with my file.

I don't think it is too much to ask, it just takes one person in the NZ Police with a conscience to look at my file on 105 IPCA 24-23288 105 reference 240522/9644, and take a simple action of writing to me with an update since I have been ignored constantly no matter how many times I have asked for communication and an update.

Tim Watkins

Location: Mike Pero Motorsport Park

Year: 2006

Car: Top Alcohol Funny Car

Imagine racing at an absolutely mental speed down a drag strip only to find out that you can’t stop — are you thinking “Bugger that!”? Well, so are we. But Tim Watkins experienced that exact feeling when he found out at the end of a run that his parachute wasn’t set up properly and fell off the rear of the car.

While Watkins did have brakes, they’re not designed to slow a vehicle from the speed he was travelling within the distance he had to stop. Witnesses estimated the car to have been travelling at 150mph when the chutes failed to deploy. Obviously, by this point, Watkins had no way of slowing the vehicle and ran well off the end of the drag strip, through the catch net, and wedged himself into the trees. Almost unbelievably, he walked away from the wreckage — having set a time of 6.80 at 189mph only seconds before impact.
