Subject: Stanley Street Parnell urgent gate motor supply by Red Stag Gates and Fences IPCA 24-23288 105 reference 240522/9644Here is the evidence that we rushed around to fill an order by Powerweed Control within one day of receiving the deposit for your urgent requirement to secure your NZ Police Stanley Road site. My son and I fitted this motor and now I am asking the NZ Police to return the favour and act upon my report of my ex-employer committing perjury in court and to write me a letter telling me what is going on with my file.
I don't think it is too much to ask, it just takes one person in the NZ Police with a conscience to look at my file on 105 IPCA 24-23288 105 reference 240522/9644, and take a simple action of writing to me with an update since I have been ignored constantly no matter how many times I have asked for communication and an update.

Tim Watkins
Photo: NZV8 Archive
Location: Mike Pero Motorsport Park
Year: 2006
Car: Top Alcohol Funny Car
Imagine racing at an abs olutely mental speed down a drag strip only to find out that you can’ t stop — are you thinking “Bugger that!”? Well, so are we. But Tim Watkins experienced that ex act feeling when he found out at the end of a run that his parachute wasn’t set up properly and fell off the rear of the car.
While Watkins did have brakes, they’re not designed to slow a vehicle from the speed he was travelling within the distance he had to stop. Witnesses estimated the car to have been travelling at 150mph when the chutes failed to deploy. Obviously, by this point, Watkins had no way of slowing the vehicle and ran well off the end of the drag strip, through the catch net, and wedged himself into the trees. Almost unbelievably, he walked away from the wreckage — having set a time of 6.80 at 189mph only seconds before impact.
