Now I will hold back on Minter Ellison at the minute to see how honest they are going to be about the charges on my side, and whether they have been diligent enough to file all the time and cost reports, emails, paper documents that I gave them in my suitcase that day and so on and so on.  Let's give them the benefit of the doubt for now.  Probably blowing the dust and the cobwebs away as we speak.  After all, they do state they are the best.

LET'S CUT TO THE CHASE

Now I am the first person to point out that everyone else in this story would prefer that I just stay quiet and move on.  After all it has been 20 years since Tim and I separated, however a key point to note for the one's who truly wish I would disappear, is that for every year since that you enjoyed the money you got paid for the work that you did as a Lawyer or an Accountant, a Registrar or a Court Judge, whether it was sloppy and lazy or not, and for every year that you live large off my matrimonial estate if you are an un-authorised benefactor and profited from your greed, that is a year that me and my kids got robbed of our peace.  

And even though I have done my best to teach my kids to "get over it", the fact is that none of us have ever gotten over it, and none of us have ever recovered from the lack of respect and care we were shown which has materially affected the trajectory of our lives.  Now it is my job to raise awareness so that other people who may be in our situation, or even completely different situations have another perspective from a person who generally would be hiding in the shadows.  

On so many levels there is the need for change.  Ranging from how Matrimonial Disputes are manipulated into money making exercises for high level legal teams, through to how families deal with the trauma of the separation, and the ongoing effects which don't always show up straight away.  We mask, we put on a brave face and get up out of bed for another day of waiting, and then eventually we just say to ourselves "it is what it is".  Nobody listens, people get shunned for being emotional and showing their pain, calling out the people who should have stood up when they slinked away.  

And the trail of devastation and pain they are oblivious to never goes away, it is just that the benefactors of that in both an egotistical and monetary way, develop a psychological immunity to it.  So much that it never occurs to them day to day, or weighs on their conscience that maybe if they had behaved differently, or done something or said something which disrupted the dishonesty at play, maybe other people's lives would have been saved.

Here is the reality of my situation.  I have been declared bankrupt because I was targeted by a vexatious litigant and bullied by a Billionaire.  Like a form of sport.  The court system administration, efficiency and accuracy compared to building a shopping centre as a construction team is a dismal failure.  The standards are low and the ethics are even lower.  The culture of our NZ Justice System is rotten.  And the NZ Police are the first one's to admit it but they are also the first to say it is not their mandate.

The letters I get from the "complaints" managers are truly pathetic, not even worth showing you.  There are some poor soldiers who I see on Linkedin and other social media platforms who try to get you to read their letters and get you to see what is happening, but we know that screenshots may feel like we are getting somewhere in the moment, and then that moment fades back into reality.  Nobody is actually listening, and nobody has any intention of ever doing anything to change it.  The status quo pays better for the Law Industry.  

The Triennial Review will go nowhere the same as Minister Little's COVID relief for commercial tenants went nowhere.  Look at what it is today, Samson's notches are already on the headboard of the COVID tenant era and there will be more, you just wait.

And the Law Society?  Ghosted or in Junkmail I would say.  Truly a waste of space.

For me, what are the chances of four lightning strikes in 20 years?  It is as if I am a magnet to drama one would say.  But what I say is, that I am not afraid to speak my mind when I see people acting without integrity, and when they treat me without the integrity and trust that I extended to them.  

So therefore, I fight and if I didn't, well then I just fade away.  And that is not my ego talking, that is my spirit who deserves to be free of the burden of stress, the constant beating into submission by those whose egos are bigger than mine just because they can.

I have worked hard in my life as I am sure you all have.  But I have drawn the short straw too many times, and now it is time for change.  If I can bring awareness on many fronts to things such as how self litigants are treated, how archaic our court system is, how NZ turns a blind eye to white collar crime, and how corruption is rife in different ways - bullying has many forms and adults are the main perpetrators then why would I stay quiet?  

Who should be embarrassed?  Me or them?

It certainly is uncouth to denigrate a Judge, and a high level KC, but do you think it is OK for those same people to treat innocents and commoners as less than themselves?  Is that really their role?  Financially they feed their industry and the rates get higher and higher the more they can complicate a non-complicated matter such as a marriage separation.  

Why is it OK for a matrimonial lawyer to dismantle a family trust and business structure across two years, only to leave their client alone signing a will 2 days before xmas being witnessed by some random truck driver, alienated from his children and becoming so sick that they suffer debilitating migraines, regular strokes, and turn to alcohol and drugs to cope with their bad decision making?

Isn't there a moral obligation for all parties including Judges and Lawyers to deal with the health of their client above all else?  To not rub their hands together and manipulate a family's heartbreak into a financially lucrative exercise then publish court decisions to set precedents as a way of climbing the social and career ladder?

This is my take.  You get as good as you give.  My blog is a mirror for your bad behaviour.  You play god with your legalese, I roast you on Linkedin and blog about it so that the digital stain you created about me and my family, is at least a little more balanced.

I may not ever get any High Level KC who blindly clicks on my Linkedin invite to ever read my blog let alone read the posts on my profile which clearly are revealing a major fraud, Lawyer misconduct, and Judicial Bullying amongst other things.  But I will know the truth is available for anyone who cares to look for it, and read it.

I have literally thousands of pages of evidence to show how Tim and I built up Auckland Steel and our group of companies and Trusts together, with the sole intention to create something meaningful for our children.  And I also have the BDO reports which clearly demonstrate the rapid incineration of all that work from the minute Tim walked into Vanessa Bruton's office at Brookfields.

So we are checkmate.  You hold all the power, the money and the status.  I hold the hand-grenade which blows up the professional reputation of BDO Accountants and Brookfield's Lawyers, Vanessa Bruton, Bruce Costain, Pauline Hayman-Halton, Maria Money, David Walkden-Wood, John Frederickson, Mike Sullivan D&H Clearwater Construction and Co, Steve Zaharodney, Gavin McGlaughlin, ANZ Bank, Orix and Chris Patterson, and their creative contract writing and accounting techniques to assist one party to strip the other party of their matrimonial property, then have a High Court Judge namely our friend Venning J, calling it all "worthless", not worth the paper it's all written on.  Reams and Reams of it I have here.  

And let’s not forget to mention round 2 - David Hayes, Bob Hunt, Ryan Hunt, Amanda Hunt, Highmark Homes, Doug Lyon, Lyon O”Neale Arnold, Samson Corporation, Daniel Friedlander, Michael Friedlander, Jillian Friedlander, Brett Martelli, Frana Divich.  May as well make it a party right?  Who else wants to have a crack?  

Golly I just about forgot Marija Urlich.  Now that girl definitely deserves a holiday.

Well the bad news is that you can not get blood out of a stone - B Word.  That is Bankrupt and a “hopeless” “worthless” case according to Justice Britain, Kathryn Beck and Co, and the Court Of Appeal Whata and French.  Venning you just did not know what you walked into that day did you.  See because, the thing is that I don’t let thieves, bullies and liars get away with their bad deeds, I reserve my right to call them out.

I reserve my judgement on Mark Sandelin and Minter Ellison Rudd Watt's pending a proper investigation out of fairness, but I am disappointed that they have attempted to brush it all under the rug, for more than a few years.   And as for my poorly deceased beloved TJW god rest his soul, he made some mistakes.  But if he were here today he would not be happy with how it all panned out.

Let's be a little bit fair to Justice Venning, maybe he was a little naive, a little inexperienced when we first met.  Or maybe he was just arrogant.  We won't know unless we let him have a say.  And in order for that to happen I need to meet with him in person, not in a court room with him sitting up on his pedestal looking down on me, but at a round table - two humans face to face.

And as for Vanessa Bruton, well, to me she is the epitomy of arrogance.  She can not possibly have any good excuse for what she created.  I actually do not think it would be beneficial for her to face up to my children, because if she saw the pain they have been through her soul would literally burn up.  Like a witch at the stake.  That is for her to deal with not us.  

I only hope that the SEO does its work and gives the people she attempts to attract to her service of "high net worth" are not silly enough to take her at face value.  I see her website as predatorial in nature, and clearly nothing has changed in 20 years of her practice given she has not a sensitive bone in her body and labels a case about adult children who were abused by their father mocking the alphabet as if it is her right to use the English Language to disrespect other human beings.  

Vanessa Bruton's website marketing and her behaviour to her opponent's clients is callous, it is distasteful, and she is a disgrace to the legal profession.  

Anybody who loves their children no matter how difficult a marriage split they are involved in, would be wise to stay well away.
