And regarding the Highmark Homes and Samson Corporation thing when I saw you last—you know, when you left your coat at home—I am getting a bit sick of the court not reading my evidence and allowing your friends to lie in court and get paid for it. 

My son, team mate, fabricator/welder/installer who was up to his eyeballs in high security gates which keep our community safe, had to hold our little fort down and make his own lunch.  If he has to do that all the times I have to be in court then we don't get that time back.  Not to mention the dicking around with the Registrars, (yeah I'm skipping ahead again but I rest my case). 

I am fuming about you and your friends flicking a random Casenet.au at my family's hard-earned company names to Australia with Highmark Homes Ltd (we are not related). Well, now I am just flabbergasted.  

And then those dickheads at the registry after bullying me so much I blogged about them (pre-warned that I would do that if they kept it up but kept on doing it anyway) remove it without notification, but they don't do anything about the snippet on the index.  I am literally shaking my head, I am sure you understand my frustration.  Maybe you have to publish a "Sorry we F****d Up Message instead".

I am going to show them (any random audience interested in what it is like to live and work or set up a business in NZ), any Government Official or KC who cares to understand, why I am naming and shaming Venning J, Vanessa Bruton KC, Pauline Hayman-Halton Barrister and Evil Step Aunty, Maria Money "the other woman" and David Walkden-Woods for shafting my kids out of their parent's estate.  

Our Queen would be so mad, we do have a few rellys who share a name with her as well  And even a french version of Elizabeth how about that.

While I am posting into the echo chamber of Linkedin and emailing the wall of silence, I thought it best I keep this page alive and post my own research even if they may say "don't say anything".  Well, we know how that ends up don't we.  

Look I get it, we only get one shot at unravelling the twisted mangled mess of my life that was created by my ex Sister in Law who hated my guts, and Aunty Helen will not be interested in starting at the start she prefers to work backwards so this data is for the benefit of the cool people who are going to create change in our Judicial system ie knock their heads together and see common sense.  Do the right thing and all that.  At a bare minimum write up a Health & Safety Plan and implement a Hazard ID and Incidents register.  Even my kids could do that when we bought Red Stag 2018 and they were only there to clown around and eat their lunch.

After all, 2018 my kids did receive a box of rubbish for xmas from their Dad's estate c/- Barry Rodgers and Pauline Hayman-Halton Executor.  I posted it on my Linkedin for you to have a look, pretty shocking:

My biggest bug bear today Venning J is the timeline of when I went under the wing of my family trust solicitor and a blumen expensive matrimonial lawyer, and the companies register records showing some screwy stuff.  Remember, this is not just about me, it is about everyone who has spent a fortune paying everyone else then ends up with no protections and spends many years in the court system being treated like a tennis ball, a "B Word" and then actually ends up a "B Word".  

Roll back, I just want to make sure you saw what came to the kids in the xmas box, I know you probably skimmed past that fast.  And I put the emails to Barry Rodgers as well so you can understand what my kids have been subjected to by their cruel Aunty Paula, Executor of their father's estate, no redactions.  Only 105 needs to protect their own but me I just bare my soul.

Hi Barry This photo is of the contents and condition of one of the boxes of literally rubbish that arrived for the kids. Empty CD covers mixed in with a half empty can of CRC.  Is this how you think Tims children deserve to be treated after what they have been through? The lack of respect is one thing. The missing items which were promised to the children is another. Boxes of rubbish to open instead of things that should have been respectfully packed such as the contents of the China cabinet and the fishing reels and tackle box, and the vinyl record collection. Photos and jewellery, My children are not stupid and have very good memories and they know what is missing and recall very clearly their conversations with their father.  Paula and Maria have no right to treat them this way, they are his only full blood and they want their fathers estate managed properly as is their legal right. This photo and the contents of the boxes sent - dirty old sheets, dusty old alcohol bottles, empty tins of crc?! A total lack of care and proof that Paula is not acting as a responsible executor and should not be in this role as she can not ensure the best interests of the children are front of mind.  They are disgusted and so am I. I urge you to talk with Paula about the handling of the estate and the funds from the sale of Blackjack Road, the money lent to David Wood and Tims personal effects that are missing from what was sent here on your trailer.  Also why she can not communicate and is hiding behind you dragging this out at my expense, why she has not sent copies of all the documents that have been requested, why a copy of the two year loan to David Wood has not been included in your last letter and statement of Tims estate.  Does she want to keep this money for herself? It is very apparent she doesn’t care at all for my children, I am sure Tim would turn in his grave if he saw elises face opening those  boxes. I have been more than cooperative and patient regarding organising the collection from Otama so it should work both ways here. The transport company wants a 40percent deposit of the $1300 quoted yet we still can’t guarantee that the load will be complete including the missing items. We need your word that we won’t be lumbered with all the old junk that should be managed by Paula.   It must be agreed that if I pay for the load I do not end up managing a whole disaster at this end as the boxes and rubbish bags of clothes was bad enough to deal with at Xmas. Also it must be agreed we be reimbursed for the cost of transport to get the kids what is rightfully theirs and I expect the items to be all there as promised to the kids - nothing missing! The contents of the China cabinet must be returned to the children as a matter of principle on this truck. This rightfully should have been organised properly by Paula, as she has done nothing to help the kids out willingly I have said I will do it.  It is my view that the executor role is too much for Paula.  She needs to sort out why the kids have been sent boxes of rubbish and stained old sheets and towels from Auckland that are not even fit for hospice.  Can you please ring me when you get this email.  The load is being picked up 5th and I am paying the deposit tonight. Hi Barry Please address these items with Paula further to my last email. Handling of the estate by Paula unacceptable- unpacking yesterday Photo of a dirty old pull-up thrown into a box of Jonnys belongings from Otama.  Nasty surprise for him.  All the kids boxed items thrown in a jumble mixed with rubbish.  A 20 year old photo album of mine was destroyed with water and sent in the boxes, it included my grandfathers funeral flyer and my school photos. All items on the truck originated from our family home with Tim at Redoubt Road since taken to Otama, a lot of it remains in Maria’s house in Auckland.  Can you advise why Maria did not send the children all of their fathers belongings as per the list when the boxes and rubbish bags of dirty clothes came from Auckland?   His jewellery is missing, it included a lord of the rings ring and a green jade necklace, his watches are also missing. Tims Telescope, etc Gifts from our marriage should not be kept by Maria they should go back to the children.  Slotcar set, Drag racing trophies and memorabilia, The kids are curious to know why Maria has kept his jars of coins also.  Very few photos, The drawer of his bedside table in Auckland contents did not arrive either, what did arrive appeared to be picked through and the only jewellery of significance returned was his wedding ring.  Otama Truck driver said Paula told him she was keeping the things that belonged to her mother.  Those items belonged to Tim after his mother passed away so they now belong to the children and must be passed on to them as promised by their father.  She can not claim things for herself that he said were theirs when he was alive. Further Missing items are vinyl record collection, fishing reels (including a Goldie worth over $1000) - Jonnys reel was the only one returned here, China cabinet and contents, carved glory box (shown in Realestate photos) entertainment system that went with the tv.  It appears that alot of high value items have been kept back and as executor Paula is responsible for ensuring the children are not disadvantaged.  She should not be able to divy it out however she pleases to whoever she wants and send us two loads of mostly rubbish in amongst a few significant items.  She told the truck driver she ‘hadn’t seen any reels’.  Maria was present also.  There was no agreement from me that I would receive and manage rubbish and pay for it.  No communication about what was wanted or not.  This is totally unprofessional and insensitive.  Three children sitting by a truck watching dirty old shelves and crappy furniture from Tony’s house that they didn’t want being piled on our front lawn.  Second time they have shook their heads and said how frustrated they are with being treated like this and getting dumped on. The tool box delivery items from the load you towed through were in a complete shambles and there are a lot of tools missing. Note that Paula asked the truck driver to take bags of household rubbish which they refused. The cost of transport $1380 is required to be reimbursed to myself from the estate as previously emailed.  I look forward to hearing from you Re the handling of Tims estate or rather mis-handling and the lack of communication and co-operation which needs to be rectified ASAP.  Michaela is going to be 18 in a month, Jonny is 16 and Elise 14.  They  have not been consulted on anything and feel very resentful towards Maria and Paula.  These two people should not be acting in this way and they have no respect left at all for either of them. I reiterate there is a complete lack of care, a very blatant nasty dig at us by sending household rubbish to unpack and deal with, the children’s emotions have been completely ignored.  It is very bad form to steal from a dead mans children - keeping things they don’t need out of spite and greed. Ignoring us hoping we will go away is not an option. Because he offered me to F off with a milly and I said no thanks, we had already shook hands.   Everyone knows a handshake is as good as a contract.  Yep that is exactly what he said.  Now remember that he had the GT40 crash and that night I could see he was not the same, things went rapidly downhill once Les his dad passed away.

24 Mar 2010 Mayo Corporate Trustee Inc. Brookfields / BDO (David Wood)	Remember that Les lived with Tim and I and our three children for around a year before he passed away.  But it took all this time for Mayo Trust, Tim's parent's estate to be resolved because his brother had gone missing and supposedly Pauline reported it to Interpol.  To date NZ Police 105 Frontline say i have to go contact Interpol to find out where David is myself and why he never showed up to collect his share of his father's estate.  Pauline already helped herself to the whole houselot including all the special stuff apart from sending me back potter teapots that I brought for Liz in the South Island. Tim signs as Director at BDO despite business failure.  She lends money from Les's estate to David Walkden-Wood.  I will need to write a separate chapter on Tim's childhood friend who came and went, sign off sign on.  He's living large on a farm that has Tim's footprints all over it, but the money is gone.  So too is Maria Money living large in a home that Auckland Steel paid for with that missing $1m nobody at BDO swore they could find.

1 May 2017 - Ongoing Grandfather's Estate Pauline / Maria Money / Barry Rodgers	Oh I nearly forgot.  Tim went missing on his Motorbike.  The cops sent out a helicopter but they were searching in the wrong area and couldn't make the 4 minute drive from Papamoa station to our house to tell us.  We found out on facebook.  I did rant about that on another post but it's probably buried now in the rest of the can't be bothered reading that crap posts.  Pauline stopped me from supporting my children at his funeral and I had to go watch the service from the office where they play the music.  My kids were brave that day.  I just hung outside afterwards before they loaded him into the herse while Maria and Pauline stayed inside.  I won't go into it here, I am sure you have no interest in that part.  But it ties in with my then employer Highmark Home's nose being out of joint that I had to be in Auckland instead of being in the office.  "Inconvenient" they called it.  Even though I did take the laptop with me and try and do stuff in the motel room in between the kids going to the funeral home and all that.  Bit of a struggle, I did my best to keep everyone happy under the circumstances.  I wasn't allowed to be included in the festivities, my kids had to go with David Walkden-Wood and his mates, we called him "Pecker".  He fed the kids heads full of crap, told them that he was the one who found Tim in the ditch with his middle finger up and pulled out the joint from his pocket and smoked it with him while he waited for the ambulance and the cops to arrive. Now you get the gist of how sick these people are - and what my kids and I have endured being part of a family that is not entirely "conventional".  I was the straightest one of the lot.  That's why I am the one who always gets f****d over and labelled when I can't always mask my pain and get triggered by judges who treat me like an a*****e accusing me of being a liar.  Or say "sorry too bad for you dummy" then take another chunk of money and future security off me with one strike of their pen.  It's the reference to all the case law that really gets to me, and the fact they never read the affidavits or the timelines I prepare.  I simply do not matter to them and neither do my kids. Now I don't know about you but I still want to know where my brother in law David is - because Pauline Supposedly reported his disappearance to Interpol but our frontline says they have no record of that and I have to go contact Australia myself, and I also want to know where the "loan" that "Pecker" Walkden Wood took from Les Watkins estate and David's share of the same ended up.  

Perhaps in the hands of Cat Woman herself.  Or as my son describes her "Bat-Shit Crazy lady".  Yep, the Aunty who couldn't remember her own nephew's name even though he is named after TJ's brother Jonny and they are buried together.  What a "B" aye.
