Now that backstory is interesting because me and my son decided to check out Welly's scraping up enough dough to buy the cheapest economy flights and lucked out on even cheaper accommodation in the heart of Lambton Quay so it was like the universe was on my side that day finding that website, fly down 5 September (there's that number 5 again), and get to experience the vibe and the culture of our Capital City and take in the free sights on the local bus service. The weather was also our friend and the wind stayed quiet for once.
The last late flight Welly to Akld much cheaper on Jetstar and luckily too bumping into the Nickster at the carousel. That 10 minute chat I will never forget.
